The SAS Book Club has chosen the best-selling novel by Kevin Wilson, Nothing to See Here, for their winter break selection. As NYT Book Review writer Taffy Brodesser-Akner wrote, "Wilson writes with such a light touch that it seems fairly impossible for the book to have a big emotional payoff. But there is, and that's the brilliance of the novel - that it distracts you with these weirdo characters and mesmerizing and funny sentences and then hits you in a way you didn't see coming."
You will find lots of interesting online reviews of this book, but one reader's comment was particularly clever, "As you delve into the pages of Nothing to See Here, be prepared for a story that ignites the imagination and leaves a lasting flame of fascination in your mind."
This may be the most heated book club meeting of the 2023-2024 school year!
Stay tuned for the date and location of the club's meeting to discuss this book.
